(Photo of Kempton) The Sierra Club of Delaware will hold a conversation via webinar to discuss Delaware's consideration of adoption of the Advanced Clean Cars II (ACC II) program, which will set air pollution standards and zero-emission vehicle sales targets for model years 2026 to 2035. Nine other states have already adopted or are moving forward with the adoption of these standards from the state of California this calendar year. Delaware has followed California vehicle standards for the past couple of decades.
